There are two videos detailing how to assemble Nibbler. The first was made for the original Heltec V3 variant but does include steps around the assembly of the Niblet that T114 owners will want to look at. (Jump to 7:56 for the start of the assembly)

The second video is just for T114 owners and details the extra steps needed to fit the GPS module.
