Unless stated in the product description it's important to understand all products are "printed on demand".  This means we print the model when we receive your order, dispatching it once it has completed printing and passed quality checks.

Dispatch time will vary depending on the model size/number of models purchased however we aim to dispatch within 1 week of your order being placed.

We use either Evri or Royal Mail to dispatch items and provide tracking details once dispatched.

All our models are printed in a Bioplastic material called PLA (Polylactic acid) that is made from renewable, organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane. It's classed as 100% biodegradable but is still quite tough and has a melting point of over 170C. It won't deform unless heated to over 70C, but still best not leave a model in the sun!

All 3D prints have a texture due to the nature of how they are created, being printed layer by layer. We print using 0.4mm or 0.6mm nozzles which allow great detail with a fine texture.

The plastic used to print our models, PLA, is a non-toxic bioplastic, it's generally derived from corn! However we do not class any model as suitable for children aged 0-3. All parents should take precautions with any object liable to break into small parts if enough force is applied.

All our models have been tested by our 4 year old daughter, if they survive her, we're happy to recommend them!

There can be something special about a 3D printed model or toy which children with Autism really enjoy. We can only speculate what this is, but our guesses would be around the sensory feel of the object. For instance the texture of the layers on the surface of the print, movement of the limbs if the model is flexible, and perhaps the exaggerated cartoon like features you see in many models. We hope our models can bring comfort and enjoyment to any child with autistic superpowers ;-)
